MUAY THAI CONDITIONING

Our Muay Thai Conditioning class blends Muay Thai-inspired movements with functional strength training to build your overall fitness and enhance your power, speed and endurance.
From high-intensity circuits to heavy bag work, bodyweight exercises and explosive drills, this class will challenge you in the best way possible.

ONE-ON-ONE PADS
3 x 3 minute rounds on pads with one of our trainers
Experience personalised training with our 1-on-1 padwork sessions. Work closely with our professional trainers in 3 x 3 minute rounds where you have the opportunity to refine your striking techniques and enhancing your overall performance.

Whether you're just starting out or you're a seasoned fighter, pad work is an essential part of Muay Thai training, allowing you to work on timing, accuracy, power, speed, and technique in a controlled environment.
​
1-on-1 pads is included in your membership and is available Monday to Thursday from and 4pm to 6pm.

FUNDAMENTAL MUAY THAI
For Beginners and Novices
Designed for those starting their Muay Thai journey, our Fundamental Muay Thai Technique class is the perfect starting point for beginners and novices alike.
Focused on building a strong foundation, our experienced trainers will guide you through the essential techniques of Muay Thai including proper stance, finding your rhythm, basic strikes, kicks, elbows, and knees. You'll learn the core skills needed to build confidence and progress in the sport.

AVDANCED/FIGHTERS MUAY THAI
For those with Muay Thai experience
Take your skills to the next level with our Advanced/Fighters Muay Thai Technique class. Designed for those with experience and fighters, you'll be working on advanced combos, defensive moves, clinching and a variety of drills designed to sharpen your reactions get more skilled.
Whether you're preparing for an upcoming fight or simply want to level up your training, our experienced trainers will guide you every step of the way.

What you'll need: Gloves, wraps, shin pads and mouth guard.
MUAY THAI SPARRING/CLINCHING
Put your abilities to the test in our Muay Thai Sparring/Clinching session, designed for advanced students and aspiring fighters. Learn to read your opponent, identify openings, and apply your techniques effectively in a controlled and safe environment.

This is the perfect time to apply all the techniques and drills you've learned and level up your abilities.

What you'll need: 16 oz gloves, shin guard and mouth guard.
KIDS MUAY THAI
Muay Thai for Young Warriors (Ages 8 - 12 yrs)
Our Kids Muay Thai class is a fun and engaging way for the little ones to learn the fundamentals of the sport in a safe and supportive environment.

Focused on developing coordination, discipline and confidence, this class teaches kids basic strikes, footwork and bag work techniques. It's a great way for kids to get active, build strength and develop life skills through martial arts, all while having fun and making new friends.

Kids Classes is on
Tuesday, Thursday 16:00 - 16:45
Friday 16:00 - 17:00
Saturday​ 08:15 - 09:00

Kids Sparring will be on Friday, if anyone would like to join sparring, they will need Head Gear, Chest Guard, Shin Pads, Mouth Guard.
